Order Processing

All pieces are made in-house with care. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Once finished with processing, the order will enter production. Production process takes around 1-7 business days per piece.

During periods of high demand or new collections, production timelines may be extended slightly, as every item is crafted by hand. 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Due to our quick production workflow, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed.

  • Once production begins, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

  • If tracking has been issued, your item has already entered production and can no longer be canceled or refunded.

If you need to request an address change or cancellation immediately after placing your order, email us at darkhourshelp@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Email used during checkout

While we will try to assist, please note that changes may not be possible once production begins.

SHIPPING ISSUES & RETURNED PACKAGES

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect address information.

If your package is returned to us:

  • You will be responsible for covering any additional shipping fees to resend your order.

  • If 30 days pass without resolution, your order will be restocked. To receive your items, you will need to place a new order. In this case, we will include your original items and waive shipping fees.
